'More private antitrust enforcement through better access to damages: an invitation for an open debate.'

Forum

The CDC forum provides an opportunity for all interested parties to contribute to the discussion on the private enforcement of antitrust law.

CDC aims to actively participate in the further development of private antitrust in Europe and promote the principle of effective compensation. For this purpose, this page provides open access to articles of various authors on different legal, economic and/or political aspects relating to private enforcement and related issues regarding the markets and industries affected by anticompetitive conduct.

Do you have a contribution to make?

Do you have an interesting article, research paper, thesis or just a good idea which you would like to share with CDC and the antitrust community? If so, we would be interested in publishing it on our website. Please find contact details under Contact.

The publication is free of charge. CDC does not pay any royalty. With regard to copyrights, we assume that you grant CDC the licence necessary to publish the article on this website.
