Dr Ulrich Classen (Managing Director) |

| Ulrich Classen graduated from Freiburg and Mainz
University and subsequently worked with the German Federal
Cartel Office for three years. During that time he received his
doctorate for a thesis in antitrust
law. Since 1986 Mr Classen is also a partner at Classen
Rechtsanwälte,
a German law firm. Mr Classen is a consultant and lawyer to commercial
groups and medium-sized enterprises in administrative law, tort
law and private
law matters in the field of antitrust. Together with Frank H Weinand,
Ulrich Classen established CDC by launching the first company of the

Frank Weinand (Director) |

Frank Weinand graduated from Catholic University Louvain-la-Neuve in 1984 and was
admitted to the Brussels Bar the same year. Mr Weinand is the
managing partner at De
Wolf & Partners in Brussels. He has specialised knowledge and extensive experience in
international contract law. His work focuses on mergers and
acquisitions, the establishment of joint ventures and corporate law. Mr Weinand
has vast practical experience in trans-border business
transactions between Belgium and German-speaking countries.

Seamus Maye (Director) |

| After his graduation at University College in Dublin, Mr Maye was
involved in the Irish concrete and quarry sector for years. He has
extensive knowledge about structures and behaviour of the international
cement, concrete, asphalt and quarry industry.

Dr Till Schreiber, LL.M. (Legal Counsel) |

Till Schreiber studied law at the universities of Bonn, Cologne,
Barcelona and
London (University College) and published a doctoral thesis on
international competition law. Before joining CDC in 2007, he worked as
an attorney for six years in the antitrust and competition
group of a leading international law firm in Brussels,
Cologne and Madrid. Mr Schreiber frequently speaks at international
conferences about private enforcement and has published several

Dr Martin Seegers, Maître en Droit (Legal Counsel) |

Martin Seegers studied law in Cologne, Paris and Washington, D.C. He
gained
experience in the antitrust and competition practice
group of a leading international law firm in Cologne and
London as well as working with
the European Commission, Competition Directorate in Brussels. Following
the Second State
Examination in 2003, Mr Seegers published a doctoral thesis on private
damage claims under European and international law and in 2007 joined

Dr Carsten Krüger, LL.M. (Legal counsel) |

In addition to his law studies in Bayreuth, Carsten
Krüger also completed studies in business and economics
with emphasis on competition (‘Business Lawyer (Univ.
Bayreuth)’). He obtained his LL.M. in International
Competition Law and Policy from the University of East Anglia in
Norwich. His doctoral thesis is about contribution among jointly and
severally liable antitrust defendants. Mr Krüger gained
his professional experience in several law firms specializing in
antitrust and competition law, also acting as a
defense counsel in legal antitrust proceedings for the imposition of
administrative fines. He assists CDC since 2005.

Volker Abele, LL.M., Business Lawyer (Case Manager) |

Volker Abele studied international business law at the universities of
Erlangen/Nuremberg and Rennes and wrote his final diploma thesis on
damage claims under European and German competition law. Before joining
CDC, Mr Abele worked on company-wide compliance projects. He obtained an LL.M. in Competition Law from King's College London. Languages: German, English and French |
Jakob Rüggeberg, MSc (Economic Consultant) |

Jakob Rüggeberg studied economics at the Universities of Maastricht, Hamburg and Toulouse and graduated with a master thesis on the economics of private enforcement in 2005, published by the NMa (Dutch Competition Authority) as the best economics thesis of the year in the Netherlands. He earned practical experience working at a leading economics consulting firm and is currently finishing his doctoral thesis in economics at the University of Amsterdam. His PhD research is published in peer-reviewed journals and focuses on the economics of private enforcement and effective mechanisms of compensation. Languages: German, English, Dutch and French |

Tihana Meic graduated as the top 3 % student of International Economic Studies at Maastricht University in the Netherlands, specializing in International Competition policy. Her master thesis deals with the pro-collusive effects of the EU leniency programme. Before joining the CDC team, she worked as an intern at the European Commission, Competition Directorate (Cartels unit), as well as a professional associate at the Representative office of the Croatian Chamber of Economy in Brussels. Anna Wrześniak (Case Manager) |

Anna studied law at the Universities of Krakow and Dresden, specialising in Intellectual Property and competition law. She also holds degrees in business administration and European law from Krakow University. Before joining CDC, she worked as an intern at the European Commission, Competition Directorate as well as an external legal expert for the Publications Office of the European Union (OPOCE). She is currently finalizing an LLM on Competition law and Economics at the Brussels School of Competition. Languages: Polish, English, German and French |

Ms Louis began her career in the automotive and logistics industries. She gained further experience as a management assistant for a lobbying association in Bonn and Mainz and joined the CDC team in 2004. Languages: German and English |

The CDC team has further members working in house, in particular in the fields of statistics, programming and software engineering. They ensure the appropriate preparation and analysis of complex transaction, company and market data. Apart from that, CDC has established relationships with external experts such as economists and lawyers. |
